Community workshops and events are an important part of the General Plan Update process. Future workshops and events will be posted once the date, time, and location have been finalized. We encourage your attendance at the community workshops and events throughout the process!
Complimentary childcare and food will be available! During this workshop, you'll have the opportunity to share your thoughts on what you'd like to see in your city. Should Soledad focus on building more single-family homes or townhouses? Would you prefer more commercial centers? Are additional biking lanes important to you? Your feedback is essential in shaping the future! Don't forget, this event is free, and childcare is provided! All participants will be entered into a raffle!

On November 2nd, the City held a Dia De Los Muertos event from 4:00 to 7:00pm. The event included a Catrin and Catrina contest, performances and more. Attendees were asked what they envision for the future of Soledad for the next 20 years. The feedback received during the event will help shape the vision for Siempre Soledad General Plan 2045.
